Polaris RZR XP TURBO Camshafts
BC Brian Crower Polaris RZR XP Turbo, RZR Turbo S and RZR Pro XP camshafts are brand new, semi finished cam cores that allows the capability to grind unlimited lobe specifications while still maintaining the factory base circle size. Up until this point, the only camshaft options available for the Polaris XP Turbo were regrinds cut from stock cam cores, which greatly restricts the amount of lift and duration possible due to base circle limitations, or expensive hardfacing or hard welding of stock cam cores. While hardfacing does allow for unlimited spec, you're at the mercy of these "welded up lobes" holding up over time and if they don't, you've got debris in your engine. The Polaris RZR XP Turbo, Turbo S and the Pro XP, built by ProStar, was first introduced in the RZR chassis back in 2016 and is still a current engine platform today. The 925cc engine features dual overhead camshafts (DOHC), solid bucket type cam followers, 4 valves per cylinder, wet sump and dual 48mm throttle bodies EFI with new long tip fuel injectors, ensuring each cylinder is supplied with the air and fuel it needs to produce unmatched power on demand. To achieve the 925cc displacement, the RZR XP Turbo features a 93mm cylinder bore x 68mm stroke crankshaft in a 270 degree crank pin configuration (vs 180deg on XP1000) with 9:1 compression ratio. To deliver that power to the wheels, the RZR XP Turbo, RZR XP Turbo S and RZR Pro XP has an ultra-efficient driveline featuring a retuned, high performance PVT system to distribute the 144 horsepower (2016), now 168 HP in the 2020, from the engine to the transmission with 114 ft lbs of torque. Polaris also specifically geared the transmission to optimize the power of the ProStar engine. With greater than 80 percent of peak engine torque available from 3500 to redline, the RZR XP Turbo has huge torque on tap for the most aggressive dune and desert riding.

XPTurbo, ProXP or Turbo R drop-in spec intended for stock turbo running 16-19psi, requires no spring change or extensive tuning. Recommend HPTuners or PowerVision for proper calibration.

BC0910, BC0911, BC0912 and BC0991 are compatible with the RZR XP Turbo (2016-Current) cylinder head. They will not work in XP 1000 or XP 900 applications.
POLARIS XP SERIES ADJUSTABLE CAM GEARS
Machined from hardened steel alloy and fully compatible with the stock Polaris timing chain (BC has new Cloyes timing chains also, see below), the BC adjustable cam gears for the Polaris RZR platform are the perfect way to gain top end or low end torque depending on how you dial in the gear settings. Allows for 5 degrees of advance or retard for both intake and exhaust cams with easy to read indicator marks. If running with BC cams, which feature 4 bolt holes per cam, the cams feature an indicator line for easy adjustment. If running, stock or another brand of cams, use only 2 bolts and make an indicator mark using a Dremel or scribe for accurate adjustment. Includes 4 ARP stainless steel bolts per gear for added clamping security. Fits all XP Turbo, XP1000, XP900 and 570 models.
