POLARIS RZR XP TURBO / XP1000 HEAD GASKETS
Cometic gaskets combine advanced materials with state-of-the-art manufacturing processes to provide custom-tailored solutions to meet the needs of each individual application. The MLX head gasket is comprised of a three layer setup - Viton coated embossed spring steel outer layers surround a steel inner layer that provides support and thickness to the gasket. MLX gaskets are to be used on non O-ring cylinder jugs. Embossments on the gasket allow for a proper seal around oil and water passages. BC also offers a line of MLS gaskets that are designed to be used with O-ring cylinder jugs.

The base gasket is comprised of a rubber coated stainless steel in various thicknesses from .008" / .014" / .015" / .020" or aluminum base shim in various thicknesses from .032" / .040" / .050" / .080" / .125" / .250".
